Sorry for not responding sooner I never seen the notice there was a new message from you..
In Logger32 have you configured the lookup path in the Setup External Lookup?? The other place I would check is to see if you setup what info you want Logger32 populated with. and the last thing to check in click on Setup from the top menubar and when it opens click on the AutoLookup menu. and select use External Lookup.
Let me know how you make out..

Recently I installed L32 on my laptop and followed up with L32lookups. Everything seems to go as per your instructions until I press “Start” and try a call sign in the log window. It doesn’t respond with the data. Where should I look for the fix?

I entered “c:\L32Lookups.exe.Webview2”You need to have \L32Lookups.exe at the end of the path/ Without that Logger32 doesn’t know what it is looking for..

Why would you create a folder name like that. Most would enter just the default which is C:\L32Lookups ?

In the “Lookup from caption” box, I entered “L32Lookups”. In the “External program name” box, I entered “c:\L32Lookups.exe.Webview2” (which is where I put the files). I eliminated the QRZ info that was defaulted in those boxes. Yet every time I enter a call sign in the log entry pane and tab to the next box, the #22 window opens but gives another window that says “Can’t find QRZ lookup module. And there’s no info in the #22 window.

What am I missing?

Hi Tom..
Sorry for not answering sooner. Do a google search as I don’t have the link handy with me. You will need to download the latest .net update. Just google .net 4.8.1 download. After running it you should then be able to run the program to install. Not sure why your computer hasn’t installed the update itself as its included in Microsoft updates.

I recently bought a laptop with windows 10 and i am having trouble trying to install logger32qrzlookup. im getting this message the .NetFramework 4.8.1 is not supportedon this operating system ? i tried turning off the firewall settings and tried to install the programe but still getting same message on screen . i have using this programe for years on my windows 7 laptop and desktop . would an older version work ?

Seems to be working fine…..BUT

Grid reference is not transfering but address etc all is!

I have clicked fields to transfer for full name etc and included gridsquare
Its the only one that doesnt.

I’ve used a your program for many years and installed Logger32 and QRZLookup on many hams PCs. My Windows gave trouble and my son fixed it. Everything works perfectly except QRZLookup! He is quite busy now but seems to think it has something to do with dotnet.

I am ZS6RFI had to reload Logger32 and Everything else on my C: which somehow disappeared from my PC. I reloaded Logger, downloaded and installed QRZLookup and when I run the Lookup, I get an error message.
Unhandled exception has occurred in your application.
The system cannot find the file specified (Exemption from HRESULT: Ox80070002)

I’m not sure what has changed.. I have not been on my programming/shack computer in quite a while. My wife has been very sick for the last months and all my attention has been directed there.. I will look when I get a chance..
