In reply to F4FSY jean louis. Unfortunatly I do not have an answer. There is another user experiencing the same thing. He sent me a couple of debug files that show the HTML that is gone thru when you do a lookup. That window does not appear anyplace in the html he sent. I am guessing that it is some script that is running on the website. I would think you would be able to click in the buttons with in the window I also do not have an answer for that either.. 73 Rick N2AMG

Hello Rick, for the past few weeks, whenever the Orca logger opens the QRZ.com page, the “QRZ LLC asks for your consent…” panel appears. I am unable to confirm it; the “Consent” tab does not respond, and the page remains greyed out. Do you have a solution? Thanks in advance. Regards.

Hi Bill..
You are using a very old version that is causing your error. The error you are reporting was fixed3 years ago. Download the newest version from the top of the page you wrote your message on. Make sure you use windows app unnstall before installing the latest version.

Hello Rick,

I’m sorry to bother you, but for some time now, when I first open Logger32 and enter a call in the main “Call” window and click on the signal report window, I receive all the QRZ info on the call in the popup window. But when I end the QSO, and enter another call in the main “Call” window and click on the signal report window I do not get the QRZ info. I noticed the previous call is still in the popup information window with the new call behind it. Like N5TWWA5LHM. Instead of just the new call WA5LHM.

It appears when I Log the previous QSO, the call is not removed from the popup window.

I know I’m missing something and just to my end. Can you give me something to try to get the previous call to be removed from the Popup window call area?

Bob made some changes to Logger32 a month or so ago that is the culprit to what you are seeing. He made it work but for some it is still not quite right I don’t think. I have not worked any FT8 in a while I am just to busy to work anything at the moment..

Hello Rick,
Resently I have noticed a change in the way my FT8 contacts are logged into Logger32. Previously the Lookup window would stay open for a few seconds after the WSJT-X window would open o log the contact and certain extra information was transferred from the lookup window into the logger32 log entry. But recently I have noticed that the Lookup window disappears as soon as the WSJT-X log window appears. The extra information is populated in Logger32 when I chick on the log entry and select update QSO.
Haven’t been changing thngs lately as it all worked and has done for sometime.
Any thoughts? And thanks for all the great software.

Hi Rick, sent you a message yesterday about L32 Lookup not working for me after lots of messing around I have got it working again, not even sure what I did to get it working again !!

Hi Rick,
I got a problem with my QRZ lookup, i did an update and after that no matter what I do I cant get L32 Lookup to work correctly I followed all your instructions I get the populated QRZ look up page in the taskbar but I get an error saying “I got a message from L32Lookup to say a requested lookup has completed but I cant find the file. Are you sure L32Lookup knows that Logger32 is running in the C;Logger32 directory?”
Any help would be appreciated

Sorry for not responding sooner I never seen the notice there was a new message from you..
In Logger32 have you configured the lookup path in the Setup External Lookup?? The other place I would check is to see if you setup what info you want Logger32 populated with. and the last thing to check in click on Setup from the top menubar and when it opens click on the AutoLookup menu. and select use External Lookup.
Let me know how you make out..

Hi Rick,

Recently I installed L32 on my laptop and followed up with L32lookups. Everything seems to go as per your instructions until I press “Start” and try a call sign in the log window. It doesn’t respond with the data. Where should I look for the fix?
