Hi Jim..
The program tells LOTW to send all of the contacts since your last time you downloaded files. so it was downloading the qso's from the last time you did a sync.
I'm not near my source now as I'm at my son's house and I'm leaving for Dayton in the morning. But I think is you hold down the ALT key when you click the download button the program tells LOTW to send all of your qso's. This could take quite a while to download depending on how may you have. Your might get a time out error but leave it alone and see if LOTW completes the download.if it does not complete I believe that you can go on the lotw server and download all your qso's. I just can't remmember where it is..

Sorry for not getting to you. Just been real busy with my wife and her complicated issues....
What I need you to do for me is send me your debug file if you have not already done that ( And I missed it in email)
Send it to rellison@twcny.rr.com and I will let you know what is going on..

Hi Jim..
Look in the debug file and see if it shows the full error message. This is the fisrt report of a framework error so I'm looking for the full information..
