You are using a very old version that is causing your error. The error you are reporting was fixed3 years ago. Download the newest version from the top of the page you wrote your message on. Make sure you use windows app unnstall before installing the latest version.

Hello Rick,

I’m sorry to bother you, but for some time now, when I first open Logger32 and enter a call in the main “Call” window and click on the signal report window, I receive all the QRZ info on the call in the popup window. But when I end the QSO, and enter another call in the main “Call” window and click on the signal report window I do not get the QRZ info. I noticed the previous call is still in the popup information window with the new call behind it. Like N5TWWA5LHM. Instead of just the new call WA5LHM.

It appears when I Log the previous QSO, the call is not removed from the popup window.

I know I’m missing something and just to my end. Can you give me something to try to get the previous call to be removed from the Popup window call area?

Jean.. All of my programs are built 32 bit. Any of them should run on your computer. The one problem you might have is with .net versions. If your computer can’t handle the .net version that could be a problem.

Bob made some changes to Logger32 a month or so ago that is the culprit to what you are seeing. He made it work but for some it is still not quite right I don’t think. I have not worked any FT8 in a while I am just to busy to work anything at the moment..

Hi Barry.
Actually I don’t think I ever did. Its been a while since I last worked on the bridge. From looking at the debug the Logger32 tcp port is closing for some reason. I will take a look at this but I can’t know exactly when. I have a number of projects being worked on that are up there on the food chain. I will let you know when I get to it.

Hi Rick,
Did you ever get the program to work via 2 computers? Eg: Version 4. Because right now, i cannot get N1MM to talk to Logger32 on another computer. It works for the first 10 seconds, then i lose Logger32.

Hi Jim..
The program tells LOTW to send all of the contacts since your last time you downloaded files. so it was downloading the qso’s from the last time you did a sync.
I’m not near my source now as I’m at my son’s house and I’m leaving for Dayton in the morning. But I think is you hold down the ALT key when you click the download button the program tells LOTW to send all of your qso’s. This could take quite a while to download depending on how may you have. Your might get a time out error but leave it alone and see if LOTW completes the download.if it does not complete I believe that you can go on the lotw server and download all your qso’s. I just can’t remmember where it is..

Rick I am running the latest version of Logsynch. I have always contended that for some reason the program doesn’t always pick up all the pending records, missing a few here and there. But now it is missing a lot. I have over 400 confirmed QSO’s on LoTW from recent contests but when I ran the utility it only picked up 45.

Hello Rick,
Resently I have noticed a change in the way my FT8 contacts are logged into Logger32. Previously the Lookup window would stay open for a few seconds after the WSJT-X window would open o log the contact and certain extra information was transferred from the lookup window into the logger32 log entry. But recently I have noticed that the Lookup window disappears as soon as the WSJT-X log window appears. The extra information is populated in Logger32 when I chick on the log entry and select update QSO.
Haven’t been changing thngs lately as it all worked and has done for sometime.
Any thoughts? And thanks for all the great software.

Is there a version for 32 bit computers available for this clublog utility ?
I do run a Windows version 2009 on a 32 bit computer.
